Julian Support stands against discrimination in all its forms and in solidarity with those who experience discrimination in their lives. We recognise that discrimination exists within our society and within the charity sector. We are committed to identifying, addressing and eradicating all forms of discrimination within Julian Support. We are therefore actively anti-discriminatory.

However, we understand that being anti-discriminatory is a journey, not a simple task and finish piece of work, and we are all at various points along this journey. We are committed to individual and organisational anti-discriminatory learning and practice.

Our Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Forum is pivotal in developing and implementing our strategy for ensuring our organisation is a diverse and thriving community of people. It supports all aspects of our work including co-production; the way in which we share power with people in receipt of Julian Support services by designing, developing and delivering them in partnership.
The Forum meets regularly and has membership from across our organisation.
