Through The Gate is delivered as a partnership across Norfolk and Suffolk between Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT), Project Nova, and Julian Support.
 

Our Through the Gate service helps people preparing for release from HMP Norwich to live in Norfolk or Suffolk. We can help with any problems around housing. money, social connections, or work.

We work with people at their own pace to help them get back on track, giving them the time and space to talk about what's going on. We support them to build on the skills they already have, to work out a plan to deal with whatever is worrying them.

REFERRALS:
Referrals to the Liaison & Diversion Service can only be accepted from NSFT, we are unable to accept self-referrals or referrals from any other agencies.
